Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use our website, and information we receive from third-party services we use to run the site and our business.
Information you provide. When you book a call, request an audit, or email us, we collect the details you choose to share, which may include:
- Your name and the name of your business or organization
- Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
- The contents of your message or inquiry, including anything you tell us about your goals, website, or advertising accounts
- Any files, links, or account access you voluntarily share with us during a project or evaluation
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools record technical information when you visit, which may include:
- Your IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Browser type, device type, operating system, and screen size
- Pages you view, links you click, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits
- Cookie identifiers and similar identifiers set by us or our providers (see Cookies & Tracking)
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as government ID numbers, health information, or financial account numbers) through this website, and we ask that you not send them to us when you book a call or email us.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry, prepare a requested audit or proposal, and communicate with you about a potential or active engagement
- Provide, maintain, and improve our website and the services we offer
- Understand how visitors find and use the site so we can make it more useful and effective
- Send you information you have asked for, such as updates or resources, where we have a lawful basis to do so
- Measure the performance of our own advertising and marketing, including ads on Google and Meta platforms
- Detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, spam, and abuse
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing. We share information only with the service providers described below, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third parties to host the site, understand its performance, and run our marketing. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. Depending on configuration, they may include:
- Website hosting and infrastructure — to serve the site and keep it secure and available
- Analytics (for example, a privacy-focused analytics tool or Google Analytics) — to measure traffic and usage
- Google Ads and the Google Marketing Platform — to measure campaigns and enable remarketing
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API — to measure campaigns and enable remarketing
- Email delivery — to receive and reply to messages you send us
- Scheduling and CRM tools — to book calls and keep track of conversations
Some of these providers are located in the United States and may process information there. Our website may also link to third-party sites we do not control; their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them.
A current list of the specific processors we use is available on request at ravenmoormarketing@gmail.com.
Data Retention & Security
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — typically for the duration of our correspondence or engagement with you, and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain business records, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Aggregated or de-identified analytics data may be kept longer.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct inaccurate information or complete incomplete information
- Request that we delete your personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing
- Request a copy of your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email us at ravenmoormarketing@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Opting out of advertising. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, and opt out of many participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. Most browsers also let you send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor where required.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age defined by your local law). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at ravenmoormarketing@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
